It's the time of the year for some colours, water and fun again! Though Holi came amid acute water shortage this year, the volunteers of Nepal Volunteers had a pretty good time throwing water bags and hurling colour powder on each other.
Holi in the volunteer hostel started with Seila Didi giving each of the volunteers, as well as other members of the family, a tika as blessing. The war started with the excited Nasib attacking Henry (photojournalist intern from UK). Maria (intern from Canada) and Yingchan (photojournalist intern from Singapore) then joined in the fun. Although it was a messy affair, everyone enjoyed it and it was indeed a memorable afternoon.
